Beginning with a B

Michelmas Term has begun! The choir was back singing on Sunday at All Saints Church Fulham during the 9:30 Sung Eucharist service. Strangely, it appears that the service was brought to us by the letter ‘B’.

The choir began the service with Adrian Batten O Praise the Lord as an introit.

During the Eucharistic Prayer was the Agnus Dei from William Byrd‘s 4-part mass, and during communion Byrd’s anthem Ave Verum Corpus.

It was a very gentle start to a busy term, no doubt the music will become more challenging in the coming weeks. All will revealed at rehearsal on Wednesday.
